Things You Need to Know
Ordering and Payment
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling; should you wish to pay using any other currencies please contact me to discuss. No goods will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by Paypal. All items are sold on a first come first served basis, if an item is sold before I can confirm your order you can either have a full refund or choose another item from the site and I will refund the difference.
Bespoke Orders
Bespoke individual orders are accepted by prior agreement only. A deposit may be required if non-stock items are required to complete your piece of jewellery.
Warranty and Returns
I want every customer to be happy with their choice of jewellery, however, if you are unhappy please let me know within seven days and we shall organise return of your jewellery and a refund. Postal costs will be deducted. Earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to hygiene reasons. All goods are covered by a three month warranty. Any faulty goods should be returned within this time period by prior agreement only. The item will then be replaced or a refund offered. In the event that I determine the fault occurred through misuse or mistreatment I reserve the right to return the item as received without refunding any postage costs.
Children - Safety
All jewellery is designed for adults only. Children below the age of five should not be given any of my jewellery as it presents a choking hazard. Careful consideration should be given to presenting the jewellery I create to children under the age of fifteen. Carol Hay and Brčagha Jewellery will not take any responsibility for the use and safety of its products after sale.
Discounts
Discounts are offered from time to time at my discretion. Only 1 discount can be used per order. When a discount is used you should pay full price, make me aware in the comments box in Paypal that you expect to receive a discount and what discount you are expecting and I will refund you the correct amount.

All images and designs are copyright Carol Hay. No images/ designs/ text may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted in any form, or by any means without my prior permission. Photographs I aim to represent each piece of jewellery as accurately as possible, through descriptions and photographs. Please be aware that on-screen colours of actual products may vary due to monitor settings varying from computer to computer.
Variation To and Termination of Contract
I have the right to amend or withdraw the content of this website at any time without any prior notice. This includes discounts, pricing and postage.
